Nectus provides AI-powered image translation services that allow users to translate text within images while preserving visual styling, fonts, and layout. The Service uses Google Gemini AI technology to process images.
Service Features:
Account Creation: To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Credit System: The Service operates on a credit-based system where 1 credit = $0.01 USD. Translation costs are calculated based on image resolution, input tokens, and output tokens used by the AI processing.
Purchasing Credits: Credits can be purchased through Stripe payment processing. All sales are final and non-refundable except as required by law.
Pricing:
Translation costs vary based on image complexity and resolution. Estimated costs are shown before processing.
Refunds: Credits are non-refundable. We may provide refunds at our sole discretion in cases of service errors or technical issues.

Your Content: You retain ownership of images you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process, store, and display your images solely for providing the Service.
Our Content: The Service, including software, design, and branding, is owned by Nectus and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our content without permission.
AI-Generated Content: Translated images are generated using AI. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws regarding AI-generated content in your jurisdiction.
To ensure fair usage and service availability, the following rate limits apply:
Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary request blocking. Contact us for enterprise rate limit arrangements.
Uptime: We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to technical issues.
Third-Party Dependencies: The Service relies on third-party providers including Google Gemini AI, Supabase, and Stripe. Service disruptions may occur due to third-party outages.
Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with or without notice.

Translation Accuracy: While we use advanced AI technology, translation accuracy depends on image quality, complexity, and language pairs. We do not guarantee perfect translations.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NECTUS AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
